Believe the Gospel
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He lived without sin, died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. Salvation is God’s gift. It is received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ—not earned by good works.
Repent and Trust in Jesus
Repentance means turning from sin toward God. Faith means placing your trust in Jesus Christ—who He is, what He accomplished on the cross, and His resurrection. Jesus calls us to repent, believe the gospel, and follow Him.
Call Upon the Lord
You may speak honestly to God in prayer. Admit your sin, ask for His mercy, and place your trust in Jesus Christ. A prayer does not save you because of particular words. Jesus saves. Prayer is one way to express genuine repentance and faith.
A New Life With Christ
Begin Following Jesus
Trusting Christ is the beginning of a new life with Him.
- Read the Bible and learn the teachings of Jesus.
- Pray regularly and honestly.
- Turn away from sin and obey Christ.
- Be baptized as a follower of Jesus.
- Join a faithful, Bible-believing local church.
- Grow alongside other believers.
- Tell others what Jesus has done.
